High-Risk Commodities
Dealing in valuables, such as precious metals, stones, jewelry, and art.
High-Risk Industries
Services to the oil and gas sector.
Illegal Activities and Encouragement
Illegal acts facilitation, high-risk file sharing, and cyberlockers.
Illegal Gambling
Participation in unregulated gambling.
Illegal Organizations
Transactions with unregistered charities and non-profits.
Illegal Trade
Illegal wildlife trade.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Copyright or trademark violations.
Political & Religious Organizations
Services for political or religious funding.
Prohibited Services
Involvement with prostitution, escort services, or related transactions; child exploitation materials.
Unregulated Financial Operations
Unregulated cryptocurrency exchanges, MSBs, MVTs, and forex trading
Weapons and Ammunition
Trading in firearms, ammunition, and related equipment.

Noda exercises strict oversight for industries and activities considered high-risk. Entities within the following industries and activities are subject to stringent regulatory compliance and must undergo a thorough compliance review prior to engaging with Noda services:
Adult Content and Dating Services
Must comply with relevant laws and regulatory standards for adult content and dating services.
Controlled Substances and Supplements Sales
Sales must adhere to health and safety regulations for alcoholic beverages, e-cigarettes, and food supplements.
Debt and Loan-Related Services
Services must follow financial regulations concerning debt collection and loan provision.
Equity Crowdfunding
Must adhere to securities regulations for capital raising through securities.
Financial Service Providers
Payment processors, MSBs, PIs, EMIs, and investment firms must comply with financial regulations.
Forex Trading Services
Foreign exchange services must operate under financial regulatory oversight.
Future Service Deliveries
Airlines, travel agencies, hotel bookings, and event ticketing services must follow specific sector regulations.
Gaming-Related Services
Services related to in-game items like skins and loot boxes
IPTV Services

- Anonymous Accounts
- Bearer Shares
- Entities Under Financial Sanctions
4. Prohibited Jurisdictions for Business and UBO Residency
Noda does not engage with legal entities, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), or corporate structures that are domiciled in or residents of the following jurisdictions:
